Copyright Notice

All original content on Boo-Bubble — including articles, illustrations, photographs, infographics, video, audio, code, and design elements — is the copyrighted property of Boo-Bubble or its licensors, unless otherwise noted. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or use for AI model training is prohibited. We license selected third-party images and credit them where used; copyright in those works remains with the original rights holder.

Our Commitment

Boo-Bubble respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. We comply with the takedown and counter-notice procedures set out in the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and with equivalent obligations under Indian copyright law and other applicable jurisdictions.

How to Report Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on this Site infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written DMCA notice to boobubbleapp@gmail.com containing all of the following: (1) your full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address; (2) a clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (3) the specific URL(s) on Boo-Bubble where the allegedly infringing material appears; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response Process

On receipt of a properly formatted notice, our team will acknowledge receipt within two business days and review the claim. Where a valid claim is established, we will remove or disable access to the disputed material expeditiously — typically within five business days — and notify the user who posted it (if applicable). Incomplete or abusive notices may be rejected, and we reserve the right to seek legal remedies against parties who submit knowingly false claims.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed or disabled in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to boobubbleapp@gmail.com containing: (1) your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address; (2) identification of the material removed and the URL(s) at which it appeared; (3) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; (4) your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., to the courts of Bengaluru, India); and (5) your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

Consistent with the DMCA and our internal policy, we terminate the accounts and access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
